LSAW Pipe Mill Production Line is a complete automated forming and welding system used for producing large-diameter longitudinal submerged arc welded steel pipes. It is widely applied in long-distance oil and gas pipelines, urban utility tunnels, hydraulic engineering, offshore engineering, and related fields. The production line uses steel plates as raw materials, which are gradually formed into open pipe shells through progressive forming processes such as JCOE or RBE. These shells then undergo edge tack welding, internal welding, external welding, and other submerged arc welding processes to ultimately produce high-grade, thick-wall steel pipes. The entire line features high forming accuracy, stable weld quality, and adjustable production efficiency, meeting the requirements for both batch production and customized manufacturing of pipes ranging from medium to large diameters and from standard to extra-heavy wall thicknesses.
